about deesha

The Deesha Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 2010 that provides accessible, affordable, quality, sustainable healthcare and education. The work was started by Mr Swapnil Arun Gawande at a very young age after the sad demise of a close friend. Having studied the segment well, he realized the need to start an intervention that can advocate for eye donation and organ donation & assist people in need of eyecare.

Our country has a huge population, but the number of eye & organ donations is very less, and thus the list of waiting patients is increasing. Let's join hands for this cause.
